Canning Field Conveyors are available in a standard range of belt widths from 600mm to 1050mm, or may be individually designed to suit specific applications.
We offer a full package from design, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning.
Standard jib drive heads and loop take up units, intermediate sections and tail end units are available including and associated lattice sections and optional walkways which may be required. All ancillary equipment such as belts, electrical equipment and installation, control gear, emergency trip wire systems and full guarding are supplied to individual requirements together with foundation sleepers, scrapers and chutework.
Jib Drive Head Units are available with single or double drum drive arrangement with electric drives of either electric motor through vee belts and shaft mounted gearbox or couplings and worm reduction gearbox or gear unit and now available as our SuperDrive unit incorporating motorised drive drums as standard. Diesel drive arrangement is optional. Loop Take Up Units are fitted with hand operated or electric winch to maintain belt tension and incorporates a sliding carriage. Standard intermediate sections complete with sprung suspended or transome type idlers as optional and flat return roller. New Canning intermediate sections and polymer suspended idlers and returns now available - see SuperDrive section. Tail End Units come complete with receiving feed boot and close pitch idlers under feed.
Second hand and reconditioned units can also be supplied subject to availability.
